Dominica is mid-way between the islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique. It is an independent island state with a resident population of only 70,000 (approx.) spread over 240 sq miles. English is the main language but many folk also speak Creole.
A fantastic place live and/or visit and the house that is for sale is in one of the prettiest villages on the Island – Giraudel (known as the Flower Village) with a frequent flower festival.
